(“aiXplain”, “we”, “us” or “our”) understands that privacy is important to you, and we want to be transparent about how information about you is collected and used. aiXplain is committed to protecting your privacy, and ensuring you are fully informed of how we use your data. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes our privacy practices for information we collect about you by our website and services (the “Site”).

Registration and Customer Support

We understand that the security of your personal information is important. We implement at least industry standard administrative, technical, and physical security controls designed to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, despite our efforts, no security controls are completely effective and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of your personal information. The right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal information, and to object to processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes, to the extent it is related to such direct marketing.
