Agents and organizational knowledge, on your servers.

Run more of your operations and services on AI agents, and turn that work into knowledge every department builds on. In any language, on any model, with an owner and a cost on every run.

Agents that accumulate real assets, not subscriptions.

Personal AI tools add subscriptions and contracts, not assets and knowledge. Install the aixplain OS, invite your teams, and watch your assets grow and hours drop, while you control access, policy and spend.

On-prem AI agents for government in Saudi Arabia

Why aixplain reaches your numbers.

AI stays with a few people, the work stays undocumented, and no one answers for agents. Skip the long training and scoping, and get your teams working with AI agents in days.

With aixplain

  1. Start with the work, not the workflow

    • Everyone on your team gets their own AI agent from day one. It does real work across your systems and coordinates the agents behind it.
  2. Your assets compound

    • When work repeats, it becomes a new agent. Everything your teams create is kept and shared, so each new team starts from what the last one built.
  3. Every agent answers to an owner

    • Every run is checked against your policies and records who ran it, and sends and spends wait for your approval.
  4. Know what every outcome costs

    • Every run records its time and cost, so you can measure the return on each task. Use any model, and swap it with no rebuild.

McKinsey, The State of AI in 2026: 80% of people who use AI say it makes them more productive, but only 6% of organizations get 5% or more of their EBIT from AI.

What your teams hand to agents.

Where teams start, by department. Hand any task to Omni; work that repeats becomes an agent with an owner.

  • Payment validation

Check each invoice against vendor, pricing, budget and policy rules, and recommend accept, review or reject.

  • Exception escalation

Inspector agents send the invoices that break a rule to the right reviewer.

  • Spend analysis

Ask about spend in plain words and get tables and charts back.

In production.

Governments and global enterprises run agents on aixplain for work they must answer for.

Large-scale deployment, KSA, On-prem

Validation at national scale

Each case had to clear vendor, pricing, budget and policy rules, checked against many sources, structured and unstructured, so each review took hours. Now agents recommend accept, review or reject in minutes, with the policy behind each one, in Arabic, and inspector agents escalate the exceptions. The organization’s own developers built the agents, and it all runs on-prem on its own servers.

Keep your independence.

Use the infrastructure that makes sense today, and change it tomorrow without losing the agents, assets and controls you’ve built.

  1. Model independence

Can I replace a model without rebuilding the process?

Use any model in the Marketplace, or your own, and swap it on a live agent with no rebuild.

  2. Infrastructure independence

Can I move the workload without starting over?

The same agent runs in our cloud, your VPC, on-prem or air-gapped. Its full definition exports as JSON.

  3. Operational independence

Can I keep operating when a provider fails or changes its terms?

Set a fallback for each model, and on your own servers nothing depends on an outside service.

  4. Economic independence

Can I see and lower my costs without being trapped in one pricing model?

See the cost of every run, set budgets by workspace, key and model, and move work to a cheaper model when quality holds.

  5. Governance continuity

Will my controls and history stay the same as the technology changes?

Swapping a model keeps the agent’s owner, policies, inspectors and run history. Moving it keeps its tools and API, and its run logs export.

The clock starts once your servers and security approvals are ready.

What your teams will ask.

We already run Microsoft 365, SAP and ServiceNow. Why add aixplain?

Keep them: Microsoft 365 for documents and email, SAP and ServiceNow as your systems of record. aixplain runs the agents that work across all of them, on your servers or air-gapped, with an owner and a cost on every run. Any system with an API or an MCP server connects as a tool and keeps the access rules you set there.

What does an on-prem install need?

Linux containers on CPUs, behind your load balancer, with data storage included. You need GPUs only to host your own models; how many depends on the models’ size and how many people and agents run at once. One deployment holds a workspace for each entity or team, and the rules you set at the top cascade down. We size it with you, install it by day 5 once your servers and security approvals are ready, and patch it on a schedule agreed with you. Air-gapped, nothing phones home: see what air-gapped means on aixplain.

How do we prove what an agent did?

Every run records who ran it, each tool call, every decision or approval, and the cost. Inspectors log what they checked or changed, and every agent has an owner from the start, so your auditors can trace each result to a person. Agents you already run get the same checks and records when you onboard them as tools over MCP or an API. Our guide to governing AI agents covers each control.

Do we need AI specialists to make it work?

No. Everyone on your team hands work to Omni in any language, with no setup and no prompting to learn, and becomes an AI operator. Your developers build with Koder and our Agents SDK. The aixplain Academy trains your AI operators and developers, and aixplain experts can build with your team when you need them.

How do we buy it, and how do we control spend?

Enterprise is priced to your deployment. Models and tools you host on your servers use no credits; you add usage credits only when aixplain connects you to cloud models and tools. Budgets per workspace, key and model stop an agent before it overspends, and every run shows its cost.
